Opportunities and tips for working and studying in China were explored at a Confucius Institute and Australia China Youth Association joint event. Over 60 guests and young professionals heard from a panel of distinguished guests, including:

- Thomas Day, External Relations and Projects Manager, Confucius Institute at the University of Melbourne
- Adam Davies, Confucius Institute Scholarship Recipient for 2013
